The study employed a descriptive survey design and collected data from a sample of 396 customers using a structured questionnaire. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The study found that perceived ease of use, service availability, and security and privacy all have a positive impact on customer satisfaction with electronic banking services. However, the impact of perceived ease of use was the strongest, followed by the impact of service availability. The impact of security and privacy was found to be the weakest. These findings are consistent with previous research on electronic banking and customer satisfaction. The study also found that there is a significant positive relationship between customer satisfaction with electronic banking services and overall customer satisfaction. This suggests that electronic banking can play a significant role in improving customer satisfaction overall. The study has demonstrated that electronic banking can have a positive impact on customer satisfaction in selected banks in Biu, Borno State, Nigeria.
