Cash flow management problems in tertiary institutions were reflected to enable administrators to identify the causes of cash shortages in their operations. Interviews and questionnaires were used as methods for collecting data, both the interview and the questionnaire were conducted among a few significant and relevant number of personnel within the organization, however, the interview and the questionnaire were slightly restricted to people in the bursary department of Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic, Katsina. The major findings show that the revenue generated by H.U.K Poly, Katsina is lower than what is supposed to be generated.
