A descriptive research was used in this research being a fact finding that provides a strategy for the systematic collection of data from a large sample, which can be analyzed and later generalized on the entire population. The population of the study comprises the entire staff of the respective departments of the Primary Health Care Kwatarkwashi. A random sampling technique was used to draw a sample of 30 respondents from six respective departments. Out of 30 questionnaires administered, 27 (90%) was returned.
