With rising acts of terrorism on board, the tourists and travelers have become skeptical about security issues within the hotel premises and often the safety quotient of the property. The current issue looks into the safety-security issues haunting the thought process of guests and the modern options and approaches that hotels have to gain the confidence of their guests. The sample technique used for this study was Non-probability Sampling, purposive selection of staff and guests of Exclusive Mansion hotel. 100 structured questionnaires were sent to the organization out of which 80 were returned. The findings of this study have some implications for the hotel industry, particularly the security in the hotel industry. The result shows that safety and security concern has an effect on the hotel industry. The study recommends That hotels should also build and maintain their rapport and can even maintain healthy customer relations if they provide world-class security to the guests during their stay in the hotels. The hotel should provide more equipment and security gadgets for the effective safety of lives and properties. The hotel should make use of a new technology security system for the advancement of the hotel for future purposes. The hotel should employ well trained security personnel and keep an update on the new idea. The hotel should have manpower development, security tool and equipment like cutlass and guns.
