It is verified that Harmattan is a weather that is characterized by strong cold wind that is blown/originated from Sahara Desert and spread over West Africa countries, in which Nigeria is among. Sometimes the Harmattan weather temperature is as low as -20C especially at around 1am in the far northern part of Nigeria.
