The research therefore uses SKYE BANK, ERUWA, OYO STATE as the case study. Poor performance as well as excellent performance is attributed to the training so far reduced and skills and experience acquired. At a time, poor or excellent performance of secretaries is attributed to some internal or external factors. Data for the study were collected through questionnaire. The sample size use for the study is 15 representing 15% of the total population. The selection of two (2) workers is randomly chosen from each department.
